摘 要
介紹了電機油箱外殼的模具設計過程。通過對零件進行工藝分析、制定了合理的工藝方案。然后根據(jù)工藝方案進行了毛坯尺寸計算、排樣、沖壓工藝力的計算、彈性元件的選用、凸凹模工作部分尺寸和公差的確定。進而設計出一套模具,包括落料拉深模、脹形模、沖孔翻邊模等
