摘要：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)（Internet）的迅速發(fā)展和廣泛普及， Web網(wǎng)站的應(yīng)用改變了傳統(tǒng)媒體對(duì)信息的傳遞速度。人們獲取信息的來源已經(jīng)不再僅僅限于報(bào)紙、電視、廣播等媒體。通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使人們進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上交流，突破時(shí)間和空間的限制，使得全球各地的人們能共享更多的資源。本信息發(fā)布系統(tǒng)正是基于此目的，采用了ASP和SQL Server2000作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具，以“便捷、高速、時(shí)效”作為開發(fā)理念?？梢詫?shí)時(shí)地對(duì)信息發(fā)布、投票欄目和信息管理及留言板、公告欄的實(shí)時(shí)更新。在后臺(tái)管理員可以進(jìn)行添加、刪除、修改、查詢等操作且登陸后即可進(jìn)行信息發(fā)布，可以滿足現(xiàn)代信息發(fā)布的需求。

Design and Implementation of Information Publish System
Abstract: With the rapid development and the widespread popularization of the Internet, the website’s appliance have greatly changed the tradition media’s impress speed. People gain information’s ways are not limiting to the newspaper, television, broadcast and so on. The Internet enables people all over the world communicate on line, breaks through the limit of the time and space, but share more resources. This information publish system is just based on that purpose, take the “conveniency, speediness and in time” as the motive of designing ,using the design tools: ASP and SQL Server2000. It can be used to release information in real time. At the same time ,the system have the functions like managing vote block and supervising the information, besides, we can run the consulting block and bulletin block. In the background administrators can do the jobs as follows: appending, deleting, modifying and querying functions. After login he or she can publish information immediately. This system can meet the demand of modern information release.
