消失模鑄造作為近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外鑄造行業(yè)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn),并且具有普通砂型鑄造無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn),已經(jīng)逐漸為廣大鑄造工作者廣泛接受并在國(guó)內(nèi)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,成為我國(guó)鑄造企業(yè)尤其是中小鑄造企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造的優(yōu)先選擇。本課題針對(duì)擺臂零件特點(diǎn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性分析,基于三維CAD技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)出適合于消失模鑄造工藝過(guò)程的成型發(fā)泡模具并確定合理的消失模鑄造工藝。根據(jù)擺臂零件的二維圖紙,對(duì)其鑄件材料特點(diǎn)和零件的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性分析,確定機(jī)械加工余量、泡沫塑料模樣收縮量,最佳的澆口數(shù)量與位置,合理的流道系統(tǒng)與冷卻系統(tǒng),模具溫度、熔體溫度等成型工藝參數(shù),然后利用UG等三維軟件設(shè)計(jì)出合理的發(fā)泡模具,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定消失模鑄造工藝內(nèi)容的相關(guān)參數(shù),包括模樣在砂箱中的位置,澆注金屬引入的方式以及澆冒口系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸設(shè)計(jì)等。
運(yùn)用在UG等三維軟件環(huán)境下的模具設(shè)計(jì)方法結(jié)合消失模鑄造工藝,可以提高模具精度,實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜零件的精確成型,得到的鑄件尺寸形狀精確,鑄件表面質(zhì)量高,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)清潔生產(chǎn)。

ABSTRACT
EPC as the hot spots in the development of domestic and international foundry industry in recent years,and has ordinary sand casting incomparable advantages, which has gradually been widely accepted by the broad masses of workers casting and is widely used in China. EPC has become the preferred option of Technological transformation in foundry casting enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. This topic is aimed at the features of oscillating arm,designs the forming foam mould for EPC and determines a reasonable EPC process by analysising the structure of oscillating arm,based on 3D CAD technology. According to the two-dimensional drawings of oscillating arm parts,analyze the casting material characteristics and the structure of parts,determine the Process parameters,including the mechanical allowance,contraction of foam,the best number and location of gate,reasonable flow system and cooling systems, mold temperature and melt temperature, etc. Then design a reasonable foam mould by using the three-dimensional software such as UG, on the basis of determining the relevant parameters for the content of EPC, including the position of foam pattern in the flask,the way of the introduction of casting metal and architecture design size in pouring riser system and so on.
By using the method of mold design with EPC technology in UG,it can improve the precision of molds and make the realization of precision molding for complex parts,the casting obtained by this method has the precise shape of size,and high-quality casting surface, thus make the clean production into realization.
