通過查閱國內(nèi)外文獻確定了整體設(shè)計思路。通過查找機械設(shè)計手冊等專業(yè)工具書，選定了各部分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。使用Pro/Engineer Wildfire5.0軟件繪制了零件的三維圖與總體的三維裝配圖并生成了部分零件與裝配體的二維工程圖。使用Auto CAD軟件對生成的二維工程圖進行了符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修改。通過由發(fā)動機驅(qū)動的皮帶輪連接的抬升板實現(xiàn)了撿起羽毛球的功能。通過有落差的漏斗裝置實現(xiàn)了調(diào)整羽毛球使其頭朝下掉落進儲球筒的功能。通過傳感器與儲球筒轉(zhuǎn)盤實現(xiàn)了儲球筒儲球滿后自動切換到另一儲球筒的功能。

title 3D Constructional Design of the Badminton Picking-up Cart

Abstract
National and foreign documents are studied to establish the concept of this design. Professional reference books such as Machinery Handbook are referred to choose the standard components for the badminton picking-up cart. The software Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0 is used to design the 3D models and the 2D engineering drawings of the components and the assemblies of the machine. The software Auto CAD 2005 is used to modify the 2D drawings so they could reach the National Standard of China. The function of badminton picking-up is achieved by the boards connected by the belt energized by the engine. The function of adjusting the falling position of the badminton into the storage barrel is achieved by the altitude difference between the funnel and the top board. The function of the switching of the storage funnels is achieved by a couple of sensors and the dial energized by another engine.
