科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對(duì)機(jī)械加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,品種和生產(chǎn)率提出了越來越高的要求。數(shù)控加工技術(shù)就是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品加工過程自動(dòng)化的現(xiàn)代化的措施之一,應(yīng)用數(shù)控加工技術(shù)能提高加工質(zhì)量和 生產(chǎn)率,解決若干普通機(jī)械加工所解決不了的的加工技術(shù)問題,大大降低加工成本,提高綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,還能極大改善工人的勞動(dòng)條件,提高工人的素質(zhì)。
機(jī)床數(shù)控是以數(shù)字的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)加工控制的一門技術(shù),其指令的數(shù)字和文字編碼的方式,記錄在控制介質(zhì)上,經(jīng)過計(jì)算機(jī)和處理后,對(duì)機(jī)床各種動(dòng)作的順序位移量及速度實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。
