一． Previous literature in the eastern and western regions income level of the difference, but the more talk of consumption level between the less. This paper attempts to establish metrological model for China's consumption function and the differences between the consumption function of the empirical analysis. In this paper are as follows: establishing the idea of the consumption function, and then join the virtual variable study of eastern and western consumption differences. Then east-west respectively established the consumption function, and finally to its differences with chow test for verification.
二． 引言
以往的文獻(xiàn)中對東西部地區(qū)收入水平的差異談?wù)摰妮^多，但關(guān)注消費水平差異的文章較少。本文試圖通過建立計量模型對我國的消費函數(shù)及東西部的消費函數(shù)的差異進(jìn)行實證分析。本文的思路如下：建立全國的消費函數(shù)，然后加入虛擬變量研究東西部消費的差異。進(jìn)而分別建立東西部的消費函數(shù)，最后用鄒氏檢驗法對其差異進(jìn)行驗證。

三． 數(shù)據(jù)及變量
本文選取的是2003年全國31個省市的城鎮(zhèn)居民的人均全年可支配收入和人均全年消費支出，以及各地區(qū)的失業(yè)率，其中消費支出和可支配收入的數(shù)據(jù)來自《中國價格及城鎮(zhèn)居民家庭收支調(diào)查統(tǒng)計年鑒（2004）》，失業(yè)率數(shù)據(jù)來自《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒（2004）》，具體數(shù)據(jù)如下：
