摘 要:單面焊雙面成形的焊接質(zhì)量受到了焊接設(shè)備、焊材工藝流程、操作技術(shù)水平的限制。本文詳細的介紹了焊接電源、焊接電流、焊接速度、電弧電壓、焊接層數(shù)、焊條類形、焊條直徑等工藝因素對單面焊雙面成形技術(shù)焊接質(zhì)量的影響和造成的相關(guān)缺陷。詳細的分析了單面焊雙面成形技術(shù)焊接質(zhì)量差所引起的一系列問題及造成質(zhì)量差的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的防止措施,解決單面焊雙面成形技術(shù)的缺陷,使單面焊雙面成形技術(shù)進一步完善,加以推廣,并對單面焊雙面成形作業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
