Abstract: by the end of 2009, China's GDP has woodworking machinery ranking second in the world. The gap between China and abroad mainly embodies in the design method, intellectual property rights, technical level and international market share. Chinese woodworking machinery must use the international financial crisis this opportunity quickly grasp scientific design method, complete technical innovation and technology transfer, rely on innovation design completed product structure adjustment, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights conditions inside construction, complete the surveying and mapping transplantation and scientific analogy design method. Although intellectual property external conditions, but as long as the course design method is correct, proper, Chinese woodworking machinery in intellectual property and technology more than developed countries will be only a matter of time.

摘要：截至2009年，中國(guó)木工機(jī)械的GDP已經(jīng)居世界第二位。中國(guó)與國(guó)外的差距主要體現(xiàn)在設(shè)計(jì)方法、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、技術(shù)水平和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)占有率等方面。中國(guó)木工機(jī)械必須借助國(guó)際金融危機(jī)這一契機(jī)迅速掌握科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，完成技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓，靠創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)完成產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)條件建設(shè)，完善測(cè)繪移植和科學(xué)類比設(shè)計(jì)方法。雖然知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)外部條件惡劣，但只要方針路線正確，設(shè)計(jì)方法得當(dāng)，中國(guó)木工機(jī)械在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和技術(shù)等方面超過(guò)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家將僅僅是時(shí)間問(wèn)題。
