近洋航線設計的分析和探討

[摘 要] 航線設計是駕駛員的重要任務之一，是船舶安全運營的重要保證，也是節(jié)約船舶營運成本，提高營運效益的一個重要方面。所以航線的選擇對于船舶來說非常重要，由于航線的選擇由許多的因素影響，這些影響因素也不是保持不變的，所以因素的變化對于航線的選擇的影響程度是航線選擇者考慮的一個重要方面。本文從近洋航線設計的基本要求入手，其次介紹了關于海圖及海圖的可信賴度，然后闡述了航海圖書在航線設計中的應用，并結合廈門至新加坡的航線設計實例分析，最后針對航線設計中所涉及問題進行了探討。

Coastal waters route design analysis and discussion
[Abstract]  The route design is one of pilot's important tasks, is the ships security operation important guarantee, also saves the ships transport business cost, raises transport business benefit an important aspect. Therefore route's choice is important regarding the ships, as a result of route's choice by many factor influences, these influencing factor is not maintains invariable, therefore the factor change regarding route's choice's influence is an important aspect which the route selector considered. This article from the coastal waters route design's essential requirements obtain, next introduced about the nautical chart and the nautical chart might the faith, then elaborate the navigation books' in route design application, and unified Xiamen to Singapore's route design example analysis, finally aimed in the route design to involve the question to carry on the discussion.
