本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要研究的課題是2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法與碘量法測定水果蔬菜中維生素C含量的比較。通過這兩種方法所測結(jié)果的比較,我們得出碘量法所測結(jié)果較穩(wěn)定,平行對比數(shù)據(jù)前后相差不大于正負(fù)0.003ml,結(jié)果較精確。而比色法所測結(jié)果前后相差甚遠(yuǎn),不準(zhǔn)確。就實(shí)驗(yàn)過程而言,碘量法步驟簡單易行而比色法繁瑣復(fù)雜。由此得出,兩種方法測定水果蔬菜中維生素C含量時,碘量法更具優(yōu)勢。

Abstract
This graduation project main research topic is 2,4- dinitrobenzene jing color method and in the iodimetric sounding fruit vegetables the Vitamin C content comparison. Through these two methods measured the result the comparison, we obtain the iodimetric to measure the result stable, around the parallel correlation data differs is not bigger than positive and negative 0.003, the result is precise. But the color method measured around the result is far from, plate out of true. Speaking of the experimental process, the iodimetric step easy and feasible but the color method tedious is complex. From this obtains, when in two methods sounding fruit vegetables Vitamin C content, the iodimetric has the superiority.
