1. 環(huán)境控制I. Environmental Control:
1) 所有工作區(qū)的相對濕度和溫度應(yīng)該保持在一定的范圍并進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。一旦相對濕度百分比降至限度以下，立即通知QC和工程部進(jìn)行處理。Relative Humidity and temperature in all works areas shall be monitored and maintained. If % relative humidity falls beyond the limits, immediately inform QC and engineering for disposition.
2) 在將裝配的產(chǎn)品置于無靜電工作站前，在整個(gè)生產(chǎn)期間，使用離子發(fā)生器的生產(chǎn)線都應(yīng)處于工作狀態(tài)。離子發(fā)生器被安裝在容易發(fā)生靜電的區(qū)域。檢測其衰減時(shí)間，小于或等于5秒鐘，或者根據(jù)客戶要求；檢測平衡電壓，小于或等于5伏，或者根據(jù)客戶要求。Lines that uses Ionizers shall be in operations prior to handling of assembled products to static free work stations and shall be operating during the entire period of production. Ionizers are installed on areas where the chances of static build up occur. Check for the decay time , =/ < 5 seconds or as required by the customer, and the balance voltage =/< 5 volts or as required by the customer.
2. 個(gè)人接地線系統(tǒng)Personnel Grounding System
1) 在生產(chǎn)線的不同站點(diǎn),隨機(jī)抽檢十個(gè)員工。Randomly sampling at least 10 personnels from the different station of the production line.
2) 員工手腕上帶著靜電手環(huán)，將靜電手環(huán)與地線系統(tǒng)相連接讓員工握著電荷分析儀的金屬桿，如圖1所示：With their groundstrap on their wrist, connect their groundstrap to the grounding system and let the personnel hold the metal rod of the Charge Analyzer . See figure 1.
