摘   要：我國民主與法制建設(shè)的不斷推進(jìn)的同時，各項法律制度正在進(jìn)一步建立、健全與完善，這使我們切身感受到法律對個人權(quán)利的保護(hù)在不斷加強，法律不再僅僅重視公民對國家與社會應(yīng)承擔(dān)的義務(wù)，更明確了公民所享有的權(quán)利。執(zhí)法的終極目標(biāo)是為了更好地為民眾服務(wù)，而人性化執(zhí)法是執(zhí)法者在行使法律過程中的一種行為藝術(shù)，它要求執(zhí)法者在行使職權(quán)時，給予公民柔性的人文關(guān)懷，尊重其人格，維護(hù)其利益，體恤其要求，顧及其感受，求得“剛”性法律與“柔”性執(zhí)行相結(jié)合的最佳統(tǒng)一。

The ultimate goal is to law enforcement for people better service, and humanistic law enforcement is in the process of exercise of law in law enforcers a behavior art, it requires law enforcers in exercising their functions and powers, give citizens flexible humanistic care, respect their personality, safeguard their interests, sympathized with its requirements, attend to their feelings, get "firm" with "soft" sexual law execution the best combination of unity.
