　　自從上世紀六十年代晶體管發(fā)明以來，人類歷史就進入了以電子技術發(fā)展應用為標志的歷史時代。進入21世紀，電子技術的迅速發(fā)展和廣泛應用，使社會生產(chǎn)力和社會經(jīng)濟獲得了空前的發(fā)展。隨著社會進入信息化及電子智能化時代，電子技術發(fā)展越來越迅速，應用越來越廣泛，對人類生活的影響也更加深遠。

　　現(xiàn)代電子技術的發(fā)展，使數(shù)字音視頻廣播將完全取代模擬音視頻傳輸，形成有線廣播電視網(wǎng)絡；使計算機互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為我們生活的一部分；使電信網(wǎng)絡成為我們賴以交流的平臺。三種網(wǎng)絡相互獨立，即浪費資源，又使各自的發(fā)展受到極大的限制。
