摘 要
本文分為兩大部分，第一部分是零件圖的分析和機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，內(nèi)容包括設(shè)計內(nèi)容和目的，塑料模具的工作原理及應(yīng)用，設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則以及產(chǎn)品的簡介。塑料注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)計算，包括模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、注射機的選用、組成模架的各零件的選擇和校核、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計等方面。第二部分是介紹CAD/CAM在模具上的應(yīng)用。主要是用pro/e進(jìn)行模具分型和CAD對于裝配圖和零件圖的繪制。
