摘 要

本課題研究一直擺凸輪組合機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)通過直動(dòng)從動(dòng)件凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)與擺動(dòng)從動(dòng)件凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)組成聯(lián)動(dòng)凸輪機(jī)構(gòu),能夠?qū)⒅鲃?dòng)件的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)化為從動(dòng)件上某點(diǎn)沿預(yù)期的曲線軌跡并以預(yù)期的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律運(yùn)動(dòng)。該機(jī)構(gòu)所能實(shí)現(xiàn)的軌跡多種多樣,如正弦波曲線、內(nèi)擺線、帶停點(diǎn)曲線、人頭像及金魚圖像等等。本課題所研究的直擺凸輪組合機(jī)構(gòu)要實(shí)現(xiàn)的是一心臟線軌跡。
    本課題首先通過理論分析,建立出了直、擺組合凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)公式,得出該機(jī)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件位置、大小及形狀尺寸、凸輪實(shí)際廓線、理論廓線等。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)該機(jī)構(gòu)的每一構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了實(shí)體設(shè)計(jì),比如軸,導(dǎo)軌,支架等等的設(shè)計(jì),并且對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的構(gòu)件實(shí)體進(jìn)行了裝配組合。最后,為了驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的正確性,本課題還在Proe下對(duì)實(shí)體進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。

THE DESIGN OF Z.B COMBINATORY CAM
MECHANISM TO GAIN ELIIPSE LOCUS
