某型拖拉機(jī)離合器的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要
為了提高農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化耕作的水平，加快實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的步伐，根據(jù)現(xiàn)有某拖拉機(jī)離合器的工作情況及使用性能，完成某拖拉機(jī)離合器的設(shè)計(jì)。通過離合器的設(shè)計(jì)，使整車的性能更加優(yōu)良。在設(shè)計(jì)離合器時首先應(yīng)根據(jù)車型的類別、使用要求等合理選擇離合器型式，并合理選擇儲備系數(shù)、壓緊力、摩擦片尺寸等主要參數(shù)的具體值。之后進(jìn)行離合器驗(yàn)算（主要進(jìn)行磨損、滑磨功及發(fā)熱驗(yàn)算）和對主要零件的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算，并完成了裝配圖和一些零件圖的繪制。實(shí)現(xiàn)了離合器的良好使用性和結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性。

Abstract
