摘    要
目前全國的磨漿機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)分布特點(diǎn)是區(qū)域性的群體生產(chǎn)狀況，我國磨漿機(jī)行業(yè)整體質(zhì)量仍處在一個(gè)較低水平。由于磨漿機(jī)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)規(guī)模小，多為個(gè)體企業(yè)，生產(chǎn)設(shè)備陳舊，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。針對(duì)我國現(xiàn)有豆制品加工技術(shù)產(chǎn)品存在的一些技術(shù)問題，及對(duì)多功能磨漿機(jī)產(chǎn)品的需求狀況，提出一種漿渣自分離的立式磨漿機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。利用由電動(dòng)機(jī)直聯(lián)驅(qū)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)軸，使定砂輪片與動(dòng)砂輪片產(chǎn)生高的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，對(duì)物料進(jìn)行充分研磨。并利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)下的離心力原理，使研磨后的漿與渣分離,最大限度的獲取大豆中的蛋白質(zhì)成分。達(dá)到充分利用產(chǎn)品功用，提高豆制品生產(chǎn)效率的目的。

Vertical Type Stuff Grinder of Seprating Bean-milk and Beandregs

Abstract:  At the present time, manufacturers of Stuff Grinder is characterized by the distribution of regional groups of production, our quality of Stuff Grinde industry as a whole is still at a lower level. Stuff Grinder as a result of small-scale manufacturing enterprises, and more for individual enterprises, production facilities are old and unstable product quality.To study the problem of today’s bean products’ process technology in our country,and considering the demand conditions of multifunctional stuff grinder ,to raise  a kind of design proposal:the vertical type stuff grinder of seprating bean-milk and beandregs automatically .to take advantage of electric motor ,drivie rotating shaft directly.in order to making high relative movement between immobile grinding wheel and mobile grinding wheel .so the materiel can be grindded fully.Besides,basing on the centrifugal force theory in the condition of high speed revolution,to separte bean-milk and beandregs.so subunit of protein from beans can be got utmostly. For carrying the point of improving productivity.
