摘 要
我國(guó)農(nóng)作物秸稈資源非常豐富,但大部分沒(méi)有得到合理有效的利用。生物質(zhì)能源轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)在使秸稈資源得到充分利用的同時(shí),也增加了農(nóng)民的收入,為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
本論文是通過(guò)對(duì)HPB-III生物質(zhì)成型機(jī)出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題進(jìn)行理論分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上做出改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型成型機(jī)(雙出頭秸稈液壓成型機(jī))。這種成型機(jī)以液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)、雙向成型為基礎(chǔ),從產(chǎn)業(yè)化的角度對(duì)HPB-III型生物質(zhì)成型機(jī)進(jìn)行了液壓系統(tǒng)和成型部件的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),采用雙缸雙活塞雙閥,使該成型機(jī)運(yùn)行壓力在8 MPa左右,低壓運(yùn)行,穩(wěn)定性提高,綜合性能提高,生產(chǎn)率達(dá)到500kg/h,單位能耗70kWh/t左右,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了生物質(zhì)固化成型技術(shù)的發(fā)展。

The Design of Bi- Direction Biomass Briquetting Machine

ABSTRACT
Crop residues are very abundant in our country. but most of them haven’t got sufficient use. Biomass energy converting technology make the full use of straw resource become possible, on the same time, it also increase the income of farmer, and pay attribute to the improvement of the agricultural sustainable development.
This paper used theory analysis to analyze all kind problems of HPB-III, used improved design, designed a new briquetting machine (THE BI-DIRECTION BIOMASS (STRAW) BRIQUETTING MACHINE BY HYDRAULIC DRIVEN). Based on the fluid power drive and bi-direction briquetting, the hydraulic system and the HPB-III briquetting machine components were improved on design. Two-cylinder, double-valve, and double-piston technology has been used. After operation test, it showed that the operation pressure has dropped, the stability has enhanced and the overall performance has improved. The productivity achieves 500kg/h, unit energy consumption reaches to 70kWh/t, and the operation pressure was about 8 MPa, basically solved the technical promotion problems of the briquetting machine.
