摘 要
隨著產(chǎn)銷一體化的企業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，企業(yè)的分銷商隊(duì)伍越來越龐大，企業(yè)通過傳統(tǒng)手段已經(jīng)無法對其進(jìn)行有效的管理，由此產(chǎn)生了DRP (Distribution Resource Planning)系統(tǒng)的需求。DRP系統(tǒng)是對企業(yè)的分銷商進(jìn)行銷售、庫存、財(cái)務(wù)等監(jiān)控的管理系統(tǒng)。通過實(shí)施DRP系統(tǒng)，企業(yè)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對分銷系統(tǒng)計(jì)劃、庫存、配送等環(huán)節(jié)的有效控制，同時(shí)降低企業(yè)分銷管理成本、加快市場響應(yīng)速度、提升企業(yè)的市場競爭力。DRP為企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營提供了一種全新的模式，目的是縮短供應(yīng)商和經(jīng)銷商之間的供應(yīng)鏈，實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商與經(jīng)銷商之間端到端的供應(yīng)鏈管理，使企業(yè)具有對訂單和供貨具有快速反應(yīng)和持續(xù)補(bǔ)充庫存的能力，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件信息服務(wù)的價(jià)值。
首先分析傳統(tǒng)的人工處理銷售信息和資源分配存在很多的不足，在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行研究和開發(fā)。然后從企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程和資源分配的角度出發(fā)，并進(jìn)行了資源優(yōu)化模型的研究，最后設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了以企業(yè)之間的貿(mào)易為中心的分銷資源管理系統(tǒng)。DRP系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括用戶管理、授權(quán)商管理、訂單管理、庫存管理、遞送管理、付款管理、通知管理、系統(tǒng)參數(shù)管理等模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Abstract
With production and sales integrated enterprises of booming development, enterprise's distributors team become large, enterprise through traditional methods had been unable to carry on the effective management, which has produced DRP (Planning) system Resource ever needs. DRP system is to enterprise's distributors sales, inventory, finance and other monitoring management system. Through the implementation DRP system, enterprise can realize to distribute system plan, inventory, and distribution, and other links, while lowering of effective control of the management cost and accelerate enterprise distribution market response speed, the promotion enterprise's competitiveness. DRP for enterprise's business provides a new mode, the purpose is to shorten the supply chain between supplier and distributor suppliers and dealers, realize supply chain management between end-to-end, causes the enterprise to order and with rapid reaction and continuous supply has the ability of replenishments, finally realizes the software the value of information services.
This paper firstly analyzes the traditional manual processing sales information and resource allocation has many shortcomings, on this basis for research and development. Then from enterprise business flow, and resource allocation Angle, and resource optimization model research, finally designed and implemented by the trade between enterprises for center distribution resources management system. DRP main functions of the system including user management, licensee management, order management, inventory management, delivery management, payment management, announcement management, system parameter management module design and implementation.
