摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是年產(chǎn)200萬(wàn)噸焦炭焦化廠終冷洗苯工段的初步設(shè)計(jì),終冷洗苯工段的主要任務(wù)是將來(lái)自硫胺工段的煤氣進(jìn)行最終冷卻并吸收煤氣中的粗苯,另外并從終冷水中制取黃血鹽。苯是有毒的物質(zhì),在煤氣中是極不安全的,而且苯也是化工原料之一,制取出來(lái)后可以用于別的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。終冷過煤氣之后的終冷水不能隨意排放,必須要將氰化物分離出來(lái)。設(shè)計(jì)中采用的工藝流程是,應(yīng)用間接冷卻法對(duì)煤氣進(jìn)行冷卻,并采用焦油對(duì)煤氣進(jìn)行洗苯過程,終冷煤氣之后所得到的終冷水就會(huì)被送入黃血鹽車間,利用碳酸鈉堿液完成從終冷水中制備黃血鹽的過程。這種工藝方法是現(xiàn)代煤焦化技術(shù)中比較成熟的,設(shè)計(jì)中所選用的主要設(shè)備包括:橫管式間接終冷塔、填料洗苯塔、吸收塔以及解吸塔等。終冷洗苯工段在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中不但提高了煤氣的效率,而且還可以生成,粗苯、黃血鹽等重要的化工原料。在一定程度上來(lái)說終冷洗苯還具有極強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract
The design task is to produce two million tons of coking coke plant wash cold benzene section in the final preliminary design, final wash cold benzene purpose of Section Section of thiamine from the final cooling gas and absorbing gas in benzene, and is from the end of cold water in the preparation ferrocyanide. Benzene is a toxic substance in the gas is extremely unsafe, and benzene is the chemical raw materials, the system can be used after taking out other industrial production. After the end of the cold over the final cold gas can not be disposed of, must be separated to cyanide. Used in the design process, the application of indirect cooling method for cooling the gas and the gas used to wash the tar benzene process, the end of cold gas obtained after the final cold water will be sent to ferrocyanide workshop, the use of sodium carbonate alkali completion of the final cold water from the liquid preparation of ferrocyanide in the process. This process is the more modern coal technologies mature, the design of the selected main equipment includes: horizontal tube indirect cooling tower end, packing benzene wash tower, absorption and desorption tower. Section in the final benzene wash cold, not only in industrial production, increased gas efficiency, but also can generate, benzene, ferrocyanide, and other important chemical raw material. A certain extent, the final wash cold benzene also has strong economic benefits.
