本文簡述了煤化工的起源以及其在發(fā)展中的起起落落,通過分析當今世界一次能源消費結構,全球化石能源供應前景,中國的化石能源分布。闡明了煤化工工業(yè)在中國范圍內以致世界范圍內發(fā)展的必然性以及其在能源化工領域所占有的重要地位。概述了國內外煤化工工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢;概述了煤氣初步冷卻的目的意義;介紹了鼓風冷凝工段的工藝流程,現(xiàn)今焦化廠常用的初冷工藝及工藝流程中的常用設備,并對各種工藝和設備進行了分析優(yōu)劣,根據(jù)自己所設計的題目及所要達到的預期目標著重對鼓冷工段進行了物料衡算和熱量衡算,對所需主要設備進行了選型及初步確定。進行了經濟概估,初步確定該工段的盈虧情況,初步制定了主要非工藝設計條件,繪制了初步冷凝冷卻器設備圖、帶控制點的工藝流程簡圖并根據(jù)預訂風向初步確定了鼓風冷凝工段設備的平面布置圖。

Abstract
This paper describes the origins of the coal chemical industry and its development in the ups and downs, through the analysis of the current world a energy consumption structure, global fossil energy supply, China's prospects fossil energy distribution.
