本文簡(jiǎn)述了煤化工的起源以及其在發(fā)展中的起起落落,通過分析當(dāng)今世界一次能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),全球化石能源供應(yīng)前景,中國(guó)的化石能源分布。闡明了煤化工工業(yè)在中國(guó)范圍內(nèi)以致世界范圍內(nèi)發(fā)展的必然性以及其在能源化工領(lǐng)域所占有的重要地位。概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外煤化工工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì);概述了煤氣初步冷卻的目的意義;介紹了鼓風(fēng)冷凝工段的工藝流程,現(xiàn)今焦化廠常用的初冷工藝及工藝流程中的常用設(shè)備,并對(duì)各種工藝和設(shè)備進(jìn)行了分析優(yōu)劣,根據(jù)自己所設(shè)計(jì)的題目及所要達(dá)到的預(yù)期目標(biāo)著重對(duì)鼓冷工段進(jìn)行了物料衡算和熱量衡算,對(duì)所需主要設(shè)備進(jìn)行了選型及初步確定。進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)概估,初步確定該工段的盈虧情況,初步制定了主要非工藝設(shè)計(jì)條件,繪制了初步冷凝冷卻器設(shè)備圖、帶控制點(diǎn)的工藝流程簡(jiǎn)圖并根據(jù)預(yù)訂風(fēng)向初步確定了鼓風(fēng)冷凝工段設(shè)備的平面布置圖。

Abstract
This paper describes the origins of the coal chemical industry and its development in the ups and downs, through the analysis of the current world a energy consumption structure, global fossil energy supply, China's prospects fossil energy distribution. The coal chemical industry in China illustrate the range, so that the world scope of necessity of the development and the energy field of chemical industry, the important role of possession. Summarizes the current situation of the development of the coal chemical industry at home and abroad and the future development; Summarizes the purpose of cooling gas preliminary significance; Introduced the drum wind cooling section in the process, now commonly used plant early technology and process flow of the cold commonly used equipment, and kinds of the technology and equipment are analyzed advantages and disadvantages, according to his own design as the subject and the expected goal mainly on the drum the material balance in the cold section is and heat balance calculations of main equipment needed, the type selection and preliminary sure.
