近年來，我國的制造業(yè)進入了快速增長的“黃金時期”，同時，市場格局也發(fā)生著迅猛的變化，競爭日益激烈。面對機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，xx集團有限公司在資金管理方面的矛盾和問題日益突顯出來。在企業(yè)資金管理中，營運資金是企業(yè)日常流動性最大、變化最快和周轉(zhuǎn)性最強的。集團的生存與發(fā)展在很大程度上取決于營運資金的管理和運轉(zhuǎn)情況。
論文針對xx集團營運資金管理的問題進行深入探討和分析。首先回顧了營運資金管理的國內(nèi)外研究狀況，在總結(jié)財務(wù)管理中有關(guān)營運資金管理基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，針對xx集團的營運資金現(xiàn)狀進行分析研究，找出其營運資金方面存在的問題，分析其成因。然后圍繞這些原因，在充分考慮企業(yè)財務(wù)安全性的前提下，滿足生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動周轉(zhuǎn)需要，找出xx集團加強營運資金管理的具體措施。
論文研究得到的xx集團營運資金管理的措施，旨在加快營運資金周轉(zhuǎn)速度，實現(xiàn)盡可能多的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的現(xiàn)金流量，降低營運資金風(fēng)險，對于提高xx集團的競爭實力，確保集團長遠發(fā)展。

Abstract
In recent years, china’s manufacture industry goes a fast-growing＂golden period＂. At the same time, rapid change in the market is also occurring, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Facing opportunities and challenges, the contradictions and problems of capital management of Goleader group is increasingly exposed. In the enterprise’s funds management working capital is the fastest-changing and most revolving funds, Goleader’s survival and development depends largely on the management and functioning of the working capital.
This article gives in-depth discussion and analysis of the working capital management issues of Goleader group. Firstly, reviewing the research situation of the working capital management at domestics and abroad and analyzing the recent situation of the company’s working capital management on the basis of concluding the basic theory of working capital management in financial management to find out the problems in the management of working capital and analyze its causes. Then around these causes and on the premise of giving full consideration to the financial security, ensuring the full mobility of enterprise funs and identifying the specific measures to strengthen the working capital management of Goleader group.
The purpose of this research is designed to find the specific measures for enhancing the management of working capital for Goleader group, which can speed up the turnover rate of working capital and strive to achieve the sustained, stable cash flow and strive to maximize efficiency as much as possible and reduce financial risk. This will make great contribution to increase the company’s competition strengths and have great practical significance to ensure the long-time development of Goleader group.
