摘 要
眾所周知，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)一直存在于整個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，任何時(shí)候都不例外。針對(duì)企業(yè)而言，企業(yè)就是一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的綜合體，然而，在眾多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)種類(lèi)中，最能引起企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)者關(guān)注的就是財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在于企業(yè)的每個(gè)發(fā)展階段，其存在方式也不盡相同。本文首先描述了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的含義與特征，再以數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法，通過(guò)對(duì)xx煤炭有限公司財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的分析，從財(cái)務(wù)管理的角度對(duì)企業(yè)的籌資活動(dòng)、投資活動(dòng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng)等方面分析其存在的主要問(wèn)題，并探尋解決xx公司存在的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理方法，從而達(dá)到降低企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，完善企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目的。

Abstract
As we all know, the risk has always existed in the process of development of society as a whole, at any time are no exception. For businesses, the business is a risk of the complex, however, in many types of risks, the most business operators can cause concern is the financial risk. The existence of financial risk in the enterprise each stage of development, and its existence are not the same. This paper first describes the meaning and characteristics of financial risk, then the data analysis, by Long Peng Coal Limited financial statements analysis, financial management from the perspective of family business financing activities, investment activities, management activities, etc. analyze the main problems and explore Long Peng company exists to solve the financial risk management methods, which can reduce the enterprise's financial risk, improve enterprise risk management purposes.
