摘要
為了適應(yīng)機械行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,簡化一般工廠中工人的勞動量,在本設(shè)計中應(yīng)用簡單的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。就實際情況分析,一般的機械加工精度和效率足以完成工作需求,不需要高精密的數(shù)控系統(tǒng),但考慮一般機械系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)自動化生產(chǎn)相對比較困難,而且實現(xiàn)起來相當復(fù)雜,設(shè)備比較龐大。然而這些問題可以在一個非常簡單的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)中很容易的得到很好的解決。隨著微型計算機系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,性能的不斷提高,大范圍應(yīng)用的普及,應(yīng)用一個簡單的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)來完成一般的工作,在一般的小型工廠中足可以實現(xiàn)。
本次設(shè)計的銑床,除了能進行銑削加工,主軸上安裝不同的刀具時,還可以進行鉆孔或攻絲加工。所以我們采用了如下的設(shè)計方案:進給系統(tǒng)采用大慣量寬調(diào)速直流伺服電動機,滾珠絲杠,雙螺母墊片調(diào)整預(yù)緊間隙,導(dǎo)軌副采用直線滾動導(dǎo)軌副,主傳動系統(tǒng)采用無級調(diào)速電機。
在設(shè)計過程中,我得到了老師的精心指導(dǎo),幫我收集了很多我無法找到的資料。袁老師在完成繁重的教學任務(wù)之余,經(jīng)常拖著疲憊的身體,對我們的工作進行仔細地審查,針對我們的情況,進行了耐心的講解,從設(shè)計的原理到結(jié)構(gòu)功能,做出了大量的指導(dǎo)性工作,使我們對所要設(shè)計的課題有了更深的了解,在這里也要感謝同組同學的熱心幫助,同學們總是微笑著面對我的提問,耐心講解,使我對有些問題有更加清楚的認識。

Abstrac
In order to adapt to the machinery industry development trends, simplified general factory workers in the labor, in the design of a simple numerical control system design.
