摘 要
xxx公司的融資策略為研究對象，為了增強公司競爭力，適應市場競爭新形勢的需要，xxx公司逐步調整產品結構，以實現公司跨越式的發(fā)展。
利用融資理論和金融方面的某些知識來探討xxx公司融資策略問題。首先論述了融資的重要性，從融資目的、融資渠道、融資決策幾個方面加以闡述，為xxx公司融資策略奠定理論基礎；其次，介紹了xxx公司的基本情況，通過定性和定量分析方法，指出xxx公司在融資方面存在的問題和弊端；最后，結合xxx公司經營戰(zhàn)略目標和市場需求，為xxx公司制定融資策略，提出加強融資渠道的開辟和實施，為公司生產經營活動起到保駕護航作用。

Abstract
