摘 要
龍煤xx分公司多年的經(jīng)營歷史，已經(jīng)有了一定合理的財務(wù)風險預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。但是仍然存在著很多的漏洞，現(xiàn)有的制度和設(shè)置的參數(shù)程序已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)激烈的市場經(jīng)營。特別是企業(yè)經(jīng)濟活動的多變性和復(fù)雜性，企業(yè)總是存在著財務(wù)風險，企業(yè)存在著的財務(wù)風險及相應(yīng)風險的分析與管理政策問題逐漸成為當今企業(yè)界關(guān)注的焦點。因此，對龍煤xx分公司在財務(wù)風險預(yù)警系統(tǒng)方面存在的問題進行深入的研究，具有很重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
本論文主要是結(jié)合龍煤xx分公司在建立合理的財務(wù)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)中遇到的問題，通過進行定性分析,定量分析等方法分析了龍煤xx分公司在財務(wù)預(yù)警系體系的建立方面出現(xiàn)的問題，最后，針對這些具體的問題，提出了以下結(jié)論：制定符合企業(yè)自身情況的預(yù)警體制，加強內(nèi)部控制，完善企業(yè)在籌資和投資活動的具體運作，調(diào)整資本結(jié)構(gòu)，加強管理的力度，還要注重提高運營管理的水平，這樣才能對企業(yè)財務(wù)風險進行判別并且制定出適合企業(yè)財務(wù)風險預(yù)警的標準。

Abstract
Dragon coal group jixi branch many years of operating history, there is some reasonable financial risk pre-warning system. But there was still a lot of holes, the existing system and set the parameters program already can not adapt to the fierce market operation. Especially enterprise economic activity in the variety and complexity, the enterprise financial risk, there is always the financial risk of the enterprise exists and the corresponding risk analysis and management policy problem gradually become the focus of today's business. Therefore, the dragon coal group jixi branch in financial risk pre-warning system on the problems existing in the research, has the important theoretical and realistic significance.
This thesis mainly is combined with dragon coal group in jixi branch build up reasonable financial warning system problems, through quantitative analysis on qualitative analysis methods, analyzed in jixi branch coal group dragon to establish the system of early warning of the financial problems, at last, according to the specific problems, and put forward the following conclusions: making enterprises with early warning system, strengthening of internal control, perfect the enterprise financing and investment activities in the specific operation, adjust capital structure, strengthen the management of strength, notice the improving the management level of enterprise, such ability of financial risk and set out for judging the financial risks of enterprise is warning of the standard.
