摘 要
民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，民營(yíng)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展直接關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)、市場(chǎng)的繁榮和人民生活水平的提高。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的情況下，加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部控制是民營(yíng)企業(yè)最基礎(chǔ)性的工作，也是民營(yíng)企業(yè)能夠生存和發(fā)展的保證。因此，研究轉(zhuǎn)型期民企內(nèi)部控制問(wèn)題，對(duì)于促進(jìn)民營(yíng)企業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有顯著的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以天津xx北方汽車貿(mào)易有限公司為例，對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型期民企內(nèi)部控制問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探討。
本文首先對(duì)內(nèi)部控制的研究歷程進(jìn)行了回顧，并介紹了內(nèi)部控制的基本理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)xx北方汽車貿(mào)易有限公司內(nèi)部控制現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入剖析，指出其存在的不足。然后在明確內(nèi)部控制設(shè)計(jì)思路的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)xx北方汽車貿(mào)易有限公司內(nèi)部控制體系進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì)。最終，使公司的內(nèi)部控制體系更為完善。

Abstract
Private economy is an important part of the market economy, private enterprises directly related to survival and development of the national economy growth, market prosperity to improve people's living standards. In the increasingly competitive market situation, private enterprises to strengthen internal control is the most basic work is the development of private enterprises to survive and guarantee. Therefore, the study of private enterprises in transition, the internal control issues, for promoting the healthy development of private enterprises has significant theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, Tianjin Huaxingbeifang automobile trade Co., Ltd, for example, private enterprises in transition, the internal control issues in depth.
This essay reviewed the research history of internal controls, and introduced the basic theory of internal controls . On this basis, Tianjin Huaxingbeifang automobile trade Co., Ltd. internal control automobile trade status and problems of in-depth analysis, and point out the shortcomings. then design a internal control system based on the clear idea. Finally, make the internal control system to be more perfect.
