當(dāng)今世界是一個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的世界 ,企業(yè)為了自身的生存和發(fā)展 ,必須不斷提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。人力資源是一切資源中最重要的資源 ,有效發(fā)揮人力資源在核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中的重要作用 ,制定人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的對(duì)策 ,對(duì)于提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。企業(yè)要想在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中持續(xù)、健康地發(fā)展,必須降低成本,提高管理效能，必須有一套自己的人的管理方法，企業(yè)第一資源要素是人力資源,是產(chǎn)生核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵,改進(jìn)和提高企業(yè)人力資源管理的職能及層次、優(yōu)化人力資源能力是核心.加強(qiáng)企業(yè)資源合理開(kāi)發(fā)和利用,是企業(yè)家們最為關(guān)注的問(wèn)題.本文主要論述了什么是人力資源管理以及介紹了什么是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。人力資源管理在企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力中所起的重要作用，怎樣能提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

The enterprise first resources essential factor is the human resources, has the core competitive power key, improves and enhances the enterprise human resources management the function and the level, optimization human resources ability is the core. The enhancement enterprise resources reasonable development and the use, are the entrepreneur most matters of concern.
