隨著現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的將員工視為“經(jīng)濟(jì)人”,以薪酬制度管理設(shè)計(jì)為等價(jià)交換的核心。xx煤礦需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建自己獨(dú)特的薪酬會(huì)計(jì)制度設(shè)計(jì),以驅(qū)動(dòng)公司的業(yè)績(jī)高于同行水平。xx煤礦的薪酬制度設(shè)計(jì)體系應(yīng)根據(jù)員工的資格和能力確定基本工資,參考市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)決定薪酬水平,以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向考核員工,薪酬總體計(jì)算方法采用崗位效益工資、計(jì)件工資、效益(浮動(dòng))工資、科級(jí)干部工資相結(jié)合的計(jì)算方法,并對(duì)薪酬核算的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),完善企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制制度。通過(guò)有效的薪酬會(huì)計(jì)制度設(shè)計(jì),可以激發(fā)xx煤礦員工的潛能和奉獻(xiàn)精神。

Abstract
With the development of modern management science, the traditional employees as “economic man”, to equal pay system is designed to manage the exchange of the core. Zhengyang mine need to create their own unique pay accounting system designed to drive the company's performance compared with others. Zhengyang mine system design system should pay employees based on the qualifications and ability to determine the basic wage, Reference to market data determine pay levels, results-oriented assessment staff remuneration package calculated using post-effective wages, piece-rate wages, benefits (floating) wages and salaries combined section-level cadres, the method of calculating the content and design of pay accounts improve the internal control system, and salaries account for the contents of the design, improve the internal control system. Salary accounting system through effective design, Zhengyang mine can stimulate staff's potential and dedication.
