摘 要

為適應(yīng)浦口區(qū)沿江經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展和xx江北鋼材城建設(shè)需要，xx港七壩港區(qū)xxxx港國(guó)際物流有限公司決定實(shí)施鋼鐵件雜碼頭工程項(xiàng)目，為xx江北鋼材城提供配送、裝卸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、信息服務(wù)，對(duì)外提供暢通高效的港口裝卸服務(wù)。擬建項(xiàng)目是新規(guī)劃的七壩港區(qū)一部分，位于xx市浦口區(qū)橋林街道小年圩，xx板橋汽渡上游約350m處，水域處于長(zhǎng)江左岸烏江水道潛洲北汊，新建村～板橋汽渡河段。與xx板橋新城隔江相望，緊臨xx市繞城公路，交通便利。

 本文以xxxx港港區(qū)建設(shè)施工期和運(yùn)營(yíng)期中產(chǎn)生水污染、大氣污染、噪聲影響、固體廢棄物為主要研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)2003年3月《省政府關(guān)于江蘇省地表水環(huán)境功能區(qū)劃的批復(fù)》（江蘇省人民政府，蘇政復(fù)[2003]29號(hào)）和《江蘇省地表水（環(huán)境）功能區(qū)劃》的等要求,完成工程分析，確定產(chǎn)污環(huán)節(jié)和污染源強(qiáng)，并進(jìn)行工程分析小結(jié)，對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目所在地區(qū)的環(huán)境狀況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和評(píng)價(jià),完成環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)，給出總量控制指標(biāo)，并提出控制污染或減緩影響的對(duì)策措施，能夠?yàn)閤x港七壩港區(qū)xxxx港國(guó)際物流有限公司鋼鐵件雜碼頭工程的建設(shè)提供技術(shù)支撐和科學(xué)依據(jù)，也能更好的促進(jìn)xx市和當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

Abstract
