摘要
從二十世紀(jì)八十年代開始,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,由于治理水污染的觀念和力度跟不上地區(qū)生產(chǎn)生活水平的高速發(fā)展,太湖水質(zhì)逐年惡化,現(xiàn)狀綜合評價(jià)劣于Ⅴ類,嚴(yán)重影響到了人民群眾的飲用水安全以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。xx河西控工程的實(shí)施就是為了防止xx河西岸的污水排入xx河,同時(shí)減少“引江濟(jì)太”工程的清水流入西岸,從而提高“引江濟(jì)太”工程的效果,更好地改善太湖地區(qū)水質(zhì),改善人民群眾的用水質(zhì)量和區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境。但是西控工程實(shí)施的同時(shí)也會(huì)造成降雨時(shí)西岸河道水位上漲無法正常排洪等問題,帶來防洪方面的安全隱患。
本文通過收集錫山區(qū)相關(guān)自然地理、水文氣象等資料,在降雨量資料的基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算研究區(qū)域的設(shè)計(jì)雨量,并利用同頻率法推求設(shè)計(jì)暴雨過程,之后利用MIKE軟件在分析率定模型參數(shù)后建立太湖流域河網(wǎng)模型,進(jìn)行地區(qū)匯水區(qū)域的劃分和模型產(chǎn)匯流計(jì)算,最后計(jì)算西岸封閉前后錫山區(qū)水系各節(jié)點(diǎn)的洪水位,并進(jìn)行水系水文特性和洪澇特性的變化分析,同時(shí)為研究區(qū)域的防洪提供相應(yīng)的對策。

Abstract
    From the beginning of the 1980s with the rapid development of social economy ,yearly deterioration of water quality in Taihu Lake and the water quality worse than class V because of the concept of water pollution control can not keep up with the rapid development of production and living standards,this heavily impact on the sustainable development of social economy and the water safety.West Wangyu river control project implementation is to prevent Wangyu West Bank sewage into Wangyu river and reducing the water flow into the West Bank, improve the effect of "Yin jiang ji tai" project and prevent the clean water flow into Wangyu river, to better improve the Taihu Lake region water quality, improving the people's water quality and regional ecological environment. But while Western control implementation of the project will cause rainfall in the West Bank can not be normal drainage river ,river`s water level rise and other issues, bringing flood risks.
    By collecting the Xishan District of related natural geography, hydrology and meteorological data to calculate the design rainfall of study area. Next use the same frequency method to calculate the process of rainfall. After these, use MIKE software to establish the Taihu Lake Basin river model and use the model to calculate the runoff of the study area. Finally calculating flood level of Xishan District’s river while close or open the Western Bank of Wangyu river. And analysis the hydrological characteristics of river and flood characteristics changes, provide appropriate countermeasures to prevent flood.
