摘要
信息革命和電子商務(wù)的興起,加快了世界經(jīng)濟一體化進程,促進了世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,使國際物流也得到了極大的發(fā)展。目前,世界上跨國公司及其分支機構(gòu)遍布全世界,跨國公司的產(chǎn)值已占到發(fā)達國家總產(chǎn)值的40%,跨國公司正向圍繞總體戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同經(jīng)營一體化的方向發(fā)展,從而對國際物流提出更高的要求,xx公司要想躋身于世界物流企業(yè)強手之林,也必須提高xx公司自身物流業(yè)務(wù)的支持能力。
我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,國際貿(mào)易和跨國經(jīng)營都面臨新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。為了使xx公司在世界貿(mào)易的格局中占據(jù)有利的地位,提高xx公司在世界舞臺上的的競爭能力和經(jīng)營優(yōu)勢,加強對國際物流業(yè)務(wù)方面的研究具有重要的意義。
本文闡述了近年來國際物流的新理論,通過對xx公司現(xiàn)狀的分析,找出xx公司發(fā)展國際物流業(yè)務(wù)方面存在的問題;針對xx公司企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不夠完善、企業(yè)提供的服務(wù)水平低、公司對物流服務(wù)的認(rèn)識不夠全面和深刻、企業(yè)物流的信息化程度低、企業(yè)缺乏專業(yè)的物流人才等方面的問題提出相應(yīng)對策,并提出相應(yīng)的國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文在這樣的背景下提出一些不大成熟的看法,與大家共同探討。

Abstract
The information revolution and the rise of e-commerce to speed up the process of economic integration in the world to promote world economic development, international logistics has been a great deal of development. At present, the world's transnational corporations and their branches all over the world, multinational companies have accounted for the value of 40% of GDP in developed countries, multinational companies are operating around the overall strategic coordination of the direction of integration, thus more of the international logistics demands, one way far from the company to strong logistics enterprises in the world of forestry, is also the need to improve their own way far from the company to support the ability of logistics business.
China's accession to the World Trade Organization, international trade and multinational business are facing new opportunities and challenges. In order to make way far in the pattern of world trade occupies an advantageous position to improve the way far the company in the world arena and operation of the competitive advantages and strengthen the international logistics business of research is of great significance.
In this paper, in recent years a new theory of international logistics, the company through much of the way the status quo analysis, to identify far-way international logistics companies to develop problems in business; for the trip far enough companies to improve infrastructure, enterprises with low level of services provided , the Company's logistics services is not comprehensive enough and deep understanding of enterprise logistics of the low level of information, lack of professional logistics enterprises personnel issues countermeasures, and propose strategies for international development. In this paper, against this background that some of view is not mature, to discuss with you.
