摘要
利用非關(guān)稅壁壘限制國外商品在本國的流通，是貿(mào)易保護主義的另一重要手段。近年來，隨著科技的進步，綠色壁壘保護力度不斷增強。憑借科技優(yōu)勢，利用綠色壁壘設(shè)置貿(mào)易壁壘的勢頭引起世界各國的高度重視。
目前，我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展壯大，汽車出口狀況有了很大的改善。不僅貿(mào)易量迅速增長、商品種類逐漸增多，而且出口區(qū)域不斷擴大、出口市場逐步拓展。這一變化對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到了促進作用，但也意味著同行業(yè)間的競爭也越發(fā)激烈。在這種形勢下，中國xx汽車集團面臨擴大出口的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存。論文從綠色壁壘的含義和實質(zhì)出發(fā)，簡單的闡述了綠色貿(mào)易壁壘給中國出口產(chǎn)品所造成的阻礙作用及其影響，井提出了幾點建議。
