本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為某公司鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房,實(shí)驗(yàn)室是采用門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)的單跨廠房,檐口高度6.9m、跨度24m、柱距7.5,建筑面積為 2880㎡。門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)具有有效利用材料 ,構(gòu)件尺寸小 、重量輕 ,而且可以在工廠批量生產(chǎn) ,保證質(zhì)量 ,工地連接簡(jiǎn)便迅速 ,施工周期短的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。由于門式剛架輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)具有許多其他結(jié)構(gòu)所不具備的優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,其優(yōu)越性和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益是不言而喻的,廣泛地應(yīng)用在一般工業(yè)與民用建筑中 。因而我選擇了此種結(jié)構(gòu)作為廠房的結(jié)構(gòu)。
設(shè)計(jì)包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、制圖、編寫計(jì)算書。其主體是結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)門式剛架的選型,選型后的截面驗(yàn)算、位移驗(yàn)算、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)驗(yàn)算來(lái)檢驗(yàn)選型是否準(zhǔn)確,其次還設(shè)計(jì)了次結(jié)構(gòu),如檁條、墻梁、垂直支撐、雨篷,基礎(chǔ)等。建筑設(shè)計(jì)中由于廠房對(duì)彩光、交通等有特殊要求,在設(shè)計(jì)中得到了充分考慮。施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中,我們根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu),編制橫道圖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖和施工組織方案,使施工得到最優(yōu)化。
設(shè)計(jì)中運(yùn)用到鋼結(jié)構(gòu)知識(shí)、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)求解器、制圖工具AutoCAD、Word文檔編輯軟件、文獻(xiàn)檢索等知識(shí)。

abstract
This dissertation aims to design for a numerical control laboratory, which is a single span workshop with a structure of steel portal frames. It has a cornice 6.9 meters high, span 24 meters extent, space between the columniations 7.5 meters long, architecture area 2880square meters size. steel portal frames combines the advantages of efficient using of material, small in dimension, light in weigh, batch produced and guaranteed quality. At the same time the building sites can be jointed as a whole rapidly and simply, and the construction time is shortened. Because of these virtues that many other structures do not possess it is widely used in industrial and civil construction projects. Therefore I choose this steel portal frames as the structure of workshop in my dissertation.
This design includes architecture design, structure design, construction organization design, drawing and compiling calculation files. Tthe main body of it is still structure design, in other words, to select the right figure of steel portal frames, and then test whether the selected form is nicety through checking the section and displacement and the node design. In the next place we also design some subordinate structure, such as purline, wall girder, upright bolster, awning and foundations etc. In architecture design there are some special requests in daylighting and traffic for workshop. All these have been considered with deliberation. In construction organization design, we work out the Gunter and network chart and construction organization scheme to optimization the construction based on our designed structure.
This design uses the knowledge of steel structure , structural mechanics, tracer, AutoCAD, Word and literature searches.
