畢業(yè)設計 智能住宅小區(qū)安防系統的設計論文


摘要

隨著近幾年來智能化行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，安防系統已由原來特殊待業(yè)，專門應用逐漸普及到各行各業(yè)。隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，居家安全是人們安居樂業(yè)的基礎，也是共建和諧社會的重要環(huán)節(jié)。尤其是比較分散、比較偏遠、環(huán)境相對比較復雜的居民區(qū)，安全形勢不容樂觀，傳統的門衛(wèi)值班和保安巡邏等治安管理手段已經不能適應新形勢下住宅安全保障的需要。因此，為了滿足住宅小區(qū)用戶安全和科學系統化管理的需要，以及為了對隨時發(fā)生的情況進行全面、及時的了解和掌握，對意外情況能迅速做出正確判斷，并給出正確、快速的指揮和處理。建立一個全天侯綜合安防系統，由閉路電視監(jiān)控系統、門禁管理系統、防盜報警系統、對講系統、巡更系統等組成。閉路電視監(jiān)控系統采用電視攝像等手段監(jiān)視被保護對象；門禁系統用卡片、按鍵、電子門鎖等裝置控制出入口門的開關；防盜報警系統采用動物物體監(jiān)測器，監(jiān)測接近被保護對象的運動物體；對講系統利用可視電話來辨別訪客身份；巡更系統是在安保人員巡邏路線上設置發(fā)信器，以確認保安人員的巡視記錄、時間等。并且安防系統要達到技術先進，經濟實用，安全可靠，質量優(yōu)良的要求。實現對住宅小區(qū)主要出入口及周界等重要區(qū)域的實時監(jiān)控，達到維護社會治安和防止破壞的作用，及時地把一切可能發(fā)生的或即將發(fā)生的案件和險情的圖像資料傳送到監(jiān)控中心，使監(jiān)控中心的值班員可以把這些危害和隱患遏制在萌芽狀態(tài)，杜絕財產損失、確保人員生命安全，對于構建安全、和諧的住宅小區(qū)具有十分重要的意義。
