摘     要

根據(jù)70#優(yōu)碳鋼用戶群(拉絲-制彈簧)的使用特點,本文將盤條的拉拔性能作為質(zhì)量關注點。為獲得良好的拉拔性能,要求盤條化學成分穩(wěn)定,鋼質(zhì)純凈,盡量減少各類非金屬夾雜物。金相組織應為細小的珠光體+索氏體+鐵素體,其中索氏體占90%以上,脫碳層深度小于產(chǎn)品直徑的1.5%。針對這一特點,結合柳鋼技術和裝備能力,參考國內(nèi)外高線控軋控冷工藝的成功經(jīng)驗,對70#優(yōu)碳鋼的化學成份、加熱溫度、加熱時間、奧氏體未再結晶區(qū)軋制工藝,開軋溫度、進精軋溫度、吐絲溫度、冷卻速度等工藝參數(shù)進行了研究,選擇合理的工藝技術路線,解決關鍵技術問題和難點問題,開發(fā)出了符合用戶要求高質(zhì)量的70#優(yōu)碳鋼。
2010年先后進行2次試驗,并對試驗結果進行研究分析。試制結果說明,70#的工藝參數(shù)設計合理,產(chǎn)品化學成分、力學性能達到標準要求,拉拔性能滿足用戶要求。

Abstract

The drawing property of coil rod was taken as quality focus according to the usage of 70# quality carbon steel. The coil rod must feature with stable chemical composition, pure steel and less non-metal inclusions in order to get good drawing property. The metallurgical structure shall be fine perlite and sorbite which accounted for more than 90% as well as ferrite; the depth of decarburized layer is less than 1.5% of product diameter. Based on these characteristics, the process parameters of 70# quality carbon steel, such as its chemical composition, heating temperature, controlled rolling process in austenite non-recrystallization zone, initial rolling temperature, finishing rolling temperature, laying temperature were researched by combined with the technical and equipment ability in Liugang and referred to the successful experiences of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of high-speed wire rod at home and abroad to select the reasonable process, solve the key technical problems and develop the high 70# quality carbon steel required by Customers.
Two tests were carried out in 2010 and the testing results were analyzed. The results showed that: process parameter of 70# quality carbon steel was designed reasonably, chemical composition and mechanical property of products reached the standard requirements, and the drawing property met the Customers’ requirements.
