摘 要
MG600/1400-WD型采煤機(jī)是大功率無鏈電牽引采煤機(jī),采煤機(jī)截割部是采煤機(jī)的主要部件之一,主要承擔(dān)截煤和裝煤任務(wù)。截割部主要由箱體、原電機(jī)、輸出軸、減速部分、除塵及冷卻系統(tǒng),潤滑系統(tǒng)等組成。采煤機(jī)截割部減速器主要由固定減速器和搖臂行星減速起兩部分組成,截割部機(jī)械傳動(dòng)由二級(jí)直齒傳動(dòng)和二級(jí)行星機(jī)傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn),且末級(jí)采用太陽輪浮動(dòng)形式的行星傳動(dòng)。采取搖臂結(jié)構(gòu)形式以增大滾筒的過煤空間進(jìn)而提高裝煤效率;為了適應(yīng)不同的采高,通過更換一軸和二軸相應(yīng)配對齒輪可實(shí)現(xiàn)三檔變速,所實(shí)現(xiàn)工作轉(zhuǎn)速分別為30.36r/min、35.2r/min、40.6r/min。并對各級(jí)齒輪及相應(yīng)的傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和相應(yīng)的校核,繪出采煤機(jī)截割部結(jié)構(gòu)裝配總圖和主要的零部件圖,結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract
