摘 要
本文介紹了電磁爐的工作原理、設(shè)計(jì)要求,并提出用AT90S8535單片機(jī)來設(shè)計(jì)電磁爐,詳細(xì)介紹電磁爐硬件、軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。硬件主要介紹了風(fēng)扇、蜂鳴器驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,電流測(cè)量電路,電壓測(cè)量電路,溫度測(cè)量電路,IGBT管控制電路,主控板電路分析,最后用Altium Designer6.5軟件模擬硬件實(shí)現(xiàn);軟件部分主要分成鍵盤掃描,顯示面板控制,功率控制,溫度控制,風(fēng)扇、蜂鳴器控制,定時(shí)控制。

ABSTRACT
This article introduced the electromagnetism stove principle of work and the design request, and proposed designs the electromagnetism stove with the AT90S8535 monolithic integrated circuit, and detailed introduction electromagnetism stove hardware, software realization process. The hardware mainly introduced the ventilator and the buzzer actuate the electric circuit, the electric current metering circuit, the voltage measurement electric circuit, the temperature survey electric circuit ,the IGBT tube control circuit, the host to control the board circuit analysis, finally uses Altium Designer6.5 software to simulate the hardware realization; Software partial mainly divides into the keyboard scanning, the demonstrates of kneading board control, the power control, the temperature control, the ventilator, the buzzer control, timed control.
