摘要
在科技迅猛發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)只要存在就面臨著風(fēng)險，企業(yè)的財務(wù)風(fēng)險影響企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，也影響國家的發(fā)展。
本文借鑒國內(nèi)外財務(wù)風(fēng)險防范和控制理論和方法,結(jié)合中國國情和xx大理水電公司發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況。通過了解財務(wù)風(fēng)險的概念、特征、分類、成因，主要通過財務(wù)報表的分析和指標(biāo)分析，對xx大理水電公司發(fā)展過程中存在和可能產(chǎn)生的財務(wù)風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了深入剖析,找出公司存在的財務(wù)風(fēng)險，判斷財務(wù)風(fēng)險的大小、嚴(yán)重程度及其導(dǎo)致的原因。對該公司存在的財務(wù)風(fēng)險不能避而不談，或持觀望的態(tài)度，而應(yīng)抓住時機(jī)及時的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，并提出相應(yīng)的化解措施。這樣才能有效地控制財務(wù)風(fēng)險對公司造成的影響，盡量減少財務(wù)風(fēng)險給公司帶來的損失。
