摘 要
本文對xx集團的生產現(xiàn)場管理進行了剖析，在調查研究的基礎上，經過分析和研究，提出了通過實施5S管理來提高企業(yè)的基礎管理工作，解決企業(yè)面臨的一系列管理問題。xx集團生產車間現(xiàn)場管理問題比較嚴重，其中生產成本居高不下,生產效率無法提高等，這些問題一直困擾著企業(yè)的正常經營。由于5S管理在營造安全、規(guī)范的工作環(huán)境、降低成本、提高效率、促進作業(yè)標準化、提升企業(yè)形象、提升產品品質、員工品質方面作用顯著，因此本文對5S管理進行了深入的研究并對改善企業(yè)基礎管理做了相關闡述。同時，本文也為企業(yè)在實施過程中需要注意的環(huán)節(jié)提出了一些意見。

Abstract
