摘要
在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中，民營(yíng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)面臨的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益多樣化和復(fù)雜化，其影響程度也日益加深。對(duì)企業(yè)集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究是提升企業(yè)價(jià)值，促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。
本文首先從財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制入手，對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的概念、原則、目標(biāo)、方法等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述；其次對(duì)哈爾濱xx開(kāi)發(fā)公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析；最后，針對(duì)哈爾濱xx開(kāi)發(fā)公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。
