摘要
在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中，民營企業(yè)集團(tuán)面臨的財務(wù)風(fēng)險日益多樣化和復(fù)雜化，其影響程度也日益加深。對企業(yè)集團(tuán)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理的研究是提升企業(yè)價值，促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。
本文首先從財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制入手，對財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制的概念、原則、目標(biāo)、方法等問題進(jìn)行了闡述；其次對哈爾濱xx開發(fā)公司財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析；最后，針對哈爾濱xx開發(fā)公司財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。

This text the control commences from the financial risk first and carried on to elaborate to the concept,principle,target,method's etc.'s problem of the financial risk control;Secondly to harbin build of city of tap company the financial risk the control carried on system analysis;End to harbin build of city of tap company the financial risk of harbin build of city of tap company control an existent problem to put forward to homologously resolve a counterplan.
