摘要
目前企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理在我國還處于起步階段,大多數(shù)企業(yè)尚未引入戰(zhàn)略管理,在當(dāng)今這樣競爭激烈的社會(huì),無戰(zhàn)略或者戰(zhàn)略管理滯后的企業(yè)必定被淘汰出局。
本研究通過對哈爾濱xx投資有限公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,應(yīng)用SWOT分析法,對企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,以及外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅加以分析,利用定量規(guī)劃矩陣分析法,考慮企業(yè)自身的資源、外部環(huán)境的影響、國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和政策調(diào)控等因素,從而擬定企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的策略,確定了采用核心競爭力戰(zhàn)略為主,差別化戰(zhàn)略為輔的戰(zhàn)略組合,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
最后,本文提出對哈爾濱xx投資有限公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè),人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、品牌實(shí)施策略、信息化戰(zhàn)略的建議。

Abstract
Strategic management of enterprises in China is still in its infancy, most enterprises have not been the introduction of strategic management, so in today's competitive society, no strategy or strategic management lag must be forced out of business.
In this study, through the Investment Co., Ltd. Harbin Tailin analysis of internal and external environment, the application of SWOT analysis, the enterprise strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, as well as the external environment, threat analysis, planning the use of quantitative analysis matrix, considering the enterprise's own resources, the impact of the external environment, national macroeconomic regulation and control of development and policies and changes in factors such as competitors, the future development of enterprises so as to develop the strategy, identified strategic use of core competence-based, supplemented by a differentiated strategy for portfolio strategy in order to achieve corporate strategic objectives.
Finally, this thesis, Investment Company of the Harbin Institute of tae building of enterprise culture, human resources development strategy, the implementation of brand strategy, information technology strategy.
