摘 要

資金是企業(yè)經(jīng)營、創(chuàng)立、發(fā)展的基礎，也是企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動的血液。而資本結(jié)構(gòu)即權(quán)益資本和負債資本的比例關系對企業(yè)經(jīng)營至關重要。
本文首先分析了哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司財務狀況和資本結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀及形成過程；其次，找出了某企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題和形成原因；再次，在對某企業(yè)靜態(tài)最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)分析的基礎上，綜合某企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素和公司的財務彈性，提出了哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司的最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)。最后，提出公司為達到優(yōu)化而應該采取的對策措施。
本文通過對哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的研究探討，主要有以下幾點結(jié)論性觀點。第一，企業(yè)財務管理最優(yōu)的目標也同樣是資本結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的目標是企業(yè)價值最大化。第二，哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)受多方面因素的影響，尤其是外部的融資渠道、稅收因素與企業(yè)自身內(nèi)部因素的成長性、內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)以及企業(yè)規(guī)模等。第三，哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化依賴于外部融資渠道和內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)的改善，而且要根據(jù)公司的各具體情況綜合考慮。只有適合公司自身特殊情況的，能夠提高公司價值的，才是最優(yōu)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)。
本文采用理論研究與實證研究相結(jié)合的方法，經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究和理論上的分析綜合，力求對哈爾濱xx科技發(fā)展有限公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)的相關問題有較為深入和系統(tǒng)的認識。

Abstrast

Capital is the basis on which the enterprises operate,establish and develop and also the blood of enterprises.The capital structure,which is the ratio of the equity capital to debt capital,plays the essential role in enterprise’s operation.
First,the situation and form of Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company company is analyzed.Second,some existing problem and influence factor on the capital structure of some company is found out.Third,based on analyzing some static optimal capital structure,considering same profession situation,capital structure influence factor and financial elasticity of some company,the optimal capital structure of some is presented.At last,the feasibility measure is proposed that should be adopted to achieve optimization for Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company.
Through the discussion of study on capital structure of Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company,there are some following conclusion views mainly in this paper.First,the ultimate goal of financial management and the optimization of capital structure is the maximum of enterprise value.Second,the capital structure of Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company is affected by many factors,such as external financing channel,the tax,inside administration structure,scope of the enterprise and so on.Thirdly,the optimization of Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company depends on the improvement of external financing channel and inside administration structure,and should consider synthetically according to all specific conditions of enterprises.Only the capital structure that is suitable one's own special circumstance is the optimum.
The paper applies the method of the positive research and the theoretical research.Through investigations and the analysis in theory,we endeavor to have comparatively deep and systematic understanding to the relevant problems of the capital structure of Haerbin Xinchuang Keji Fazhan company.
