液壓技術(shù)已廣泛的應(yīng)用于國民生產(chǎn)的各個環(huán)節(jié),液壓元件、組件和系統(tǒng)性能
的好壞直接影響液壓設(shè)備的工作質(zhì)量,因此,對液壓元件、組件和系統(tǒng)性能參數(shù)
的測試和分析,就成為保證液壓設(shè)備使用性能不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著計算機
軟硬件技術(shù)和計算機輔助測試技術(shù)的發(fā)展,特別是基于FIX工業(yè)控制技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),
為開發(fā)液壓元件及液壓系統(tǒng)計算機輔助測試系統(tǒng)提供了便利條件。為此,將測試
領(lǐng)域中的最新技術(shù)—FIX工業(yè)控制技術(shù)應(yīng)用于液壓元件及系統(tǒng)性能的自動測試中,
對于液壓元件和系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)以及液壓產(chǎn)品的推廣應(yīng)用具有重要作用。本文選擇基
于FIX工業(yè)控制技術(shù)的電液比例液壓測控系統(tǒng)作為研究課題,具有深刻的意義。
本文結(jié)合電液比例液壓試驗臺的研制,在以下幾個方面開展了全面而深入的研究:
(1)介紹了電液比例液壓測試系統(tǒng)中計算機的軟硬件資源,其內(nèi)容涉及硬件和
軟件兩個方面:硬件方面著重研究了液壓系統(tǒng)的組成、數(shù)據(jù)采集的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、信
號調(diào)理裝置、系統(tǒng)抗干擾措施等;軟件方面介紹了FIX軟件的主要特點及功能,
重點研究了數(shù)據(jù)采集板卡的I/O驅(qū)動配置及地址分配,實時數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計及歷史數(shù)據(jù)
庫與歷史趨勢設(shè)計,高精度定時的方法等。
(2)設(shè)計了電液比例液壓測控系統(tǒng)中油泵測試回路、安全集成閥塊、主調(diào)壓集
成閥塊;閉式系統(tǒng)測試回路及整流集成閥塊,使液壓系統(tǒng)的安裝布局更加合理,
維護更加方便,運行更加可靠。同時,還對不同元件的性能測試內(nèi)容進行了歸納,
使測試系統(tǒng)的功能更加全面,也為軟件的編制提供了數(shù)學(xué)模型。
(3)以FIX工業(yè)控制技術(shù)為指導(dǎo),設(shè)計了液壓測控系統(tǒng)的軟件測試技術(shù)平臺,
該測試平臺能自動完成對液壓泵、液壓馬達及閉式系統(tǒng)的性能測試,具有數(shù)據(jù)采
集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)分析、結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)庫管理和打印輸出以及用戶界面等功能。
(4)應(yīng)用設(shè)計的FIX軟件測控系統(tǒng)對液壓泵、液壓馬達及閉式系統(tǒng)的性能進行
了測試,測試結(jié)果表明:電液比例液壓測控系統(tǒng)的測試功能是全面的,滿足了測
試精度的要求,測試過程簡單方便,獲得了良好效果。證明了本文的設(shè)計思路和
設(shè)計方法是正確的、可行的。
