論信息系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和競爭優(yōu)勢的作用

摘  要

隨著社會的發(fā)展，行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈，如何提高工作效率、降低管理成本、提高服務(wù)水平和企業(yè)的競爭能力，是每一個企業(yè)管理者最為關(guān)注的問題。越來越多的管理者認(rèn)為實行計算機(jī)科學(xué)化管理是解決這一問題。以管理技術(shù)和計算機(jī)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的管理信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)被應(yīng)用到中國工業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營生產(chǎn)活動中。因此，我們有必要全面探討現(xiàn)代管理信息系統(tǒng)在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭中的戰(zhàn)略地位和目標(biāo)以及它對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和競爭優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)生的深刻的影響。
本文從信息系統(tǒng)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與運(yùn)作影響的等方面入手，分別從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和競爭優(yōu)勢這二個層面來探討信息系統(tǒng)是如何影響企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略和競爭優(yōu)勢的。

Abstract

    Along with society's development, the profession competition is day by day intense, how to raise the working efficiency, to reduce the managed cost, the enhancement service level and enterprise's competitive ability, is each enterprise superintendent most matter of concern. More and more superintendents thought that implements the computer scientific style management solves this problem. Take the managerial technique and the computer technology were already applied as the foundation management information system in China Industrial enterprise's management production activity. Therefore, we have the necessity comprehensive discussion modern management information system's in market economy competition strategic position and the goal, as well as it the profound influence which produces to the enterprise strategy and the competitive advantage. this article from the information system to the enterprise production and the operation influence and so on aspects obtains, how respectively discusses the information system from the enterprise strategy and competitive advantage these two stratification planes is to affect enterprise's strategy and the competitive advantage
