摘 要
倉管員作為順豐的二線人員,對順豐的內(nèi)部環(huán)境與運(yùn)營的總體質(zhì)量有著不可或缺的作用與影響,因此,本文對倉管員的問題與建設(shè)做出了一些簡要的敘述與探討。本文第一二節(jié),在介紹順豐的概況與發(fā)展的大背景下,就順豐倉管員的涵義、工作職責(zé)及要求做出了一些簡要的描述;本文第三節(jié),結(jié)合實(shí)習(xí)崗位作為點(diǎn)部倉管員,提出了倉管員在具體工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)與存在的問題;本文第三四節(jié),分別就倉管員工作中存在的問題進(jìn)行列舉與問題存在的原因進(jìn)行分析。主要存在的問題是倉管員建包問題、倉管員流失問題以及其核心價(jià)值觀問題;這些問題以便在第五節(jié)提出了相應(yīng)的建議與措施,采取的倉管員建設(shè)有:規(guī)范建包建議;全面優(yōu)化倉管員的招聘制度;實(shí)施與完善倉管員薪酬方案改革;加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè);提高倉管員忠誠度等措施。

ABSTRACT
Warehouse as Shun Feng's second officer, operation of the internal environment and to Shun Feng total quality has an indispensable role and impact, therefore, of the warehouse keeper in this article and made some brief description and discussion of the construction. This article 1th and 2th section, in describes Shun feng of overview and development of large background Xia, on Shun Feng warehouse tube member of meaning, and work duties and the requirements made has some briefly of description; this article third section, on combination practice post as points Department warehouse tube member, made has warehouse tube member in specific work in the found and exists of problem; this article 3th and 4th section, respectively on warehouse tube member work in the exists of problem for listed and problem exists of causes for analysis. Main exists of problem is warehouse tube Member built package problem, and warehouse tube Member loss problem and its core values problem; these problem to in fifth section take has corresponding of recommendations and measures, take of warehouse tube Member construction has: specification built package recommendations; comprehensive optimization warehouse tube member of recruitment system; implementation and perfect warehouse tube Member pay programme reform; strengthening enterprise culture construction; improve warehouse tube Member loyalty ofmeasures.
