摘要
選煤廠設計工作是指導選煤廠基本建設的重要部分。選煤廠在建成以后能否獲得最大的經(jīng)濟效益,設計工作起著決定作用。本設計主要介紹了180萬噸選煤廠設計的步驟和內(nèi)容,還有專題論文的內(nèi)容。
該選煤廠設計的步驟主要是根據(jù)所給篩分浮沉試驗資料,確定原煤為極難選煤,采用重介選煤方法,并制定合理的工藝流程。因此在設計過程中涉及到對介質(zhì)平衡,水量平衡、數(shù)質(zhì)量平衡的計算,然后編制最終產(chǎn)品平衡表。
為使選煤廠投產(chǎn)后能達到設計所要求的生產(chǎn)指標,進行了設備選型和計算。根據(jù)所選設備和所確定的工藝流程,進行車間工藝布置。最后對選煤廠進行總平面布置和經(jīng)濟概算。
選煤廠固定資產(chǎn)投資13369.915萬元,其中土建工程8342.915萬元,設備購置4506.895萬元,安裝工程193.173萬元,其他費用325.986萬元。選煤廠噸煤介耗0.94Kg/t,噸煤電耗7kW.h/t,噸煤耗清水量0.19m3/t。原煤年入洗量1.80Mt。精煤灰分9.38%,年產(chǎn)量0.972Mt;中煤灰分25.75%,年產(chǎn)量0.487Mt;矸石副產(chǎn)品灰分78.98%,年產(chǎn)量0.219Mt。噸煤基建投資52.89元/t,噸煤加工費20.1元,生產(chǎn)工效率70.84t/人,年產(chǎn)值38037.98萬元,折舊費是497.084萬元,年利稅12552.53萬元,年利潤25485.45萬元,投資回收期0.52年。
我的專題論文主要內(nèi)容是:介紹了我國選煤工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況。指出選煤技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀主要體現(xiàn)在五方面:入選比例繼續(xù)提高;選煤廠規(guī)模及裝備大型化;重介質(zhì)旋流器選煤已成為發(fā)展重點;模塊化成為選煤廠設計和建設的新模式;生產(chǎn)過程控制和全廠自動化水平不斷提高。我國的選煤科學技術(shù)將按照面向選煤生產(chǎn)建設的產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)、重點開發(fā)研究的關鍵技術(shù)和處于基礎研究階段的前瞻技術(shù)三個層次,得到進一步的發(fā)展,并針對差距結(jié)合國家煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)遠景規(guī)劃提出選煤技術(shù)發(fā)展方向與產(chǎn)業(yè)化建議。

Abstract
The design work of coal preparation plant is an important part that guides the capital construction of the factory. After the coal preparation plant is built, whether it can acquire the biggest economic performance, it depends on the design work. This paper mainly introduces the steps and contents of 3000,000 tons coal preparation plant designed work, and the contents of special paper.
The steps of the coal preparation plant design mainly base on the given float-sink experiment data. I work out that the coarse coal is the most difficult one and so adopt the heavy medium separation, and formulate the optimum flowsheet.  During the washing, it will relate to the dense medium and therefore I make some calculation of dense medium balance and water quality balance, then work out the final product balance list.
We also make equipment choosing and planning in order to achieve the demanded index after putting into practice. According to the specific equipments and flowsheet , we arrange the equipments in the best way . Finally we make the economic planning.
The fixed assets investmenr of coal preparation plant is 13369.473 ten thousand yuan.Of which building projects cost is 8342.915 ten thousand yuan,original equipment cost is 4506.859 ten thousand yuan,erection works cost is 193.173 ten thousand yuan and the other costs are 325.986 ten thousand yuan.The dielectric loss of short ton coal is 0.94Kg/t.The quantity of electricity loss per ton is 7 Kw•h/t.The water consumption of short ton is 0.19 m3/t.The handling capacity of coal preparation per year is 1.80Mt/a.The ash content of washed coal is 9.38% and the annual yield is 0.972Mt/a.The ash content of mid-washed coal is 25.75% and the annual yield is 0.487 Mt/a.The ash content of gangue is78.98% and the annual yield is 0.219Mt/a.The capital expenditure per ton is 52.84 yuan/t. The processing cost per ton is 20.1 yuan/t.The efficiency of production workers is 70.84t per capita.The output value one year is 38037.98 ten thousand yuan. The depreciation cost is 497.084 ten thousand yuan .The annual interest tax is12552.53 ten thousand yuan .The annual benefit is 25485.45 tenthousand yuan .The capital pay-off time is0.52a.
The main content of my special paper is: It introduces the industrial development brief of Chinese coal preparation. The situation that coal washing technology mainly embodied in five aspects: in proportion to continue improving; the scale and equipments of coal preparation plant becomes larger. Heavy medium coal preparation has become a key growth; The modular has also become the new mode of coal preparation design and construction ; The production process control and factory automation level enhances unceasingly. China's coal cleaning technology will develop further according to the construction of coal production technology and industrialization development research on the key technology and in basic research stage three levels, and further promote the development of the coal industry in gap with vision forward coal washing technology industrialization development direction and the advice.
