畢業(yè)論文 昌平區(qū)嘉澤生態(tài)住宅小區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計

摘    要

本論文通過對昌平區(qū)嘉澤生態(tài)住宅小區(qū)現(xiàn)狀的分析，根據(jù)該小區(qū)所處位置和地形特點，依據(jù)小區(qū)未來發(fā)展需要，總結(jié)居住區(qū)的規(guī)劃方法，對其進行系統(tǒng)詳細的分析，從而對居住區(qū)規(guī)劃得到全新認識。其中包括：關(guān)注社區(qū)周邊環(huán)境資源的利用和再開發(fā)、追求高品位的社區(qū)環(huán)境、居住社區(qū)的多元化發(fā)展趨勢等方面。還要提高三個方面綜合效益的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)，就是經(jīng)濟、合理、有效地使用規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)的土地和空間，統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、綜合開發(fā)、配套建設(shè)。此外，本設(shè)計本著“以人為本”的思想，規(guī)劃出“生態(tài)居住區(qū)”。運用生態(tài)規(guī)律，以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo)，以工程措施和技術(shù)手段為支撐，對傳統(tǒng)意義上的小區(qū)進行規(guī)劃設(shè)計，使小區(qū)成為真正的生態(tài)小區(qū)，以小區(qū)生態(tài)文明推進城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

ABSTRACT

The present paper through lives the plot present situation analysis to Changping County Jiaze Shengtai, locates the position according to this plot and the terrain characteristic, future will develop the need based on the plot, will summarize the community plan method, will carry on the system detailed analysis to it, thus will obtain the brand-new understanding to the community plan.Includes: The attention community peripheral environment resources use and develops, the pursue high grade community environment, housing community's aspect and so on multiplex development tendency again.Also must enhance three aspects syntheses benefit the foundation link, is economical, is reasonable, effectively uses in the planning area the land and the space. The unified plan, the comprehensive development, the necessary construction also enhances three benefits. In addition, this design in line with "humanist" the thought, plans "the ecology community".Using the ecology rule, take the sustainable development as the goal, take the project measure and the technical method as the strut, carries on the plan design to in the traditional significance plot, causes the plot to become the true ecology plot, advances the city by the plot ecology civilization the sustainable development.
