摘要
本檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)以AT89C51單片機(jī)為核心,對(duì)6通道爐溫進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、存儲(chǔ),并具有傳感器故障報(bào)警及等功能。用新型的鉑電阻傳感器代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)了SDRAM,使系統(tǒng)對(duì)采集數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的可靠性得到保障。整個(gè)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)硬件包括兩大部分電路,一部分是單片機(jī)系統(tǒng),包括微控制器、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、采樣保持器、通信模塊、鐵電存儲(chǔ)電路;另外一部分包括信號(hào)調(diào)理及放大電路、電源模塊等電路。單片機(jī)為系統(tǒng)的核心部分。六路傳感器分別將產(chǎn)生的溫度傳感器信號(hào)由信號(hào)調(diào)理電路進(jìn)行調(diào)理之后再由多路開關(guān)循環(huán)送入A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器,再由單片機(jī)處理來自A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器的數(shù)據(jù)。

Abstract
The hardware design of this measure system concentrates on AT89C51 microcontrotler to test and storage the surface temperature of workpiece in the oven and temperature of oven in the six channels. And it is provided with giving an alarm when there is a malfunction in the sensors or batteries lack of electricity capacity. Replacing conventional SDRAM with new type ferroclectric memory, this system can get a guarantee on reliability of gathering data and storage. It is very easy and useful. The entire detection system hardware, including two major circuits, in part, single-chip systems, including micro-controller, A / D converter, sample-and-hold, and watchdog, communications module, fcrroclectric memory circuit; others, including signal conditioning and amplification circuits, power modules and other circuitry Single-chip core of the system. Six sensors, respectively, will have a signal from the temperature sensor signal conditioning circuits, and then by the multi-channel switching cycle into the A/D converter, and then single-chip processing from A / D converter data.
