摘 要
C6140車床撥叉是典型的叉類零件,是機(jī)床操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的重要組成零件之一.工作時,操縱變速操縱桿,通過撥叉撥動主軸箱中的滑移齒輪在軸上移動,實(shí)現(xiàn)變速.雖然撥叉不直接參予機(jī)床的成形運(yùn)動,但它的加工質(zhì)量對機(jī)床變速機(jī)構(gòu)的安全可靠性及操作者的勞動強(qiáng)度都有一定的影響。叉類零件剛性差,易產(chǎn)生彎曲變形,加工質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,生產(chǎn)效率較低。因此設(shè)計科學(xué)合理的撥叉加工工藝和專用夾具,對保證零件的加工質(zhì)量、提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本、減輕工人的勞動強(qiáng)度都具有重要的意義。
通過撥叉零件工藝和專用夾具的設(shè)計,能夠進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生知識能力與綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),尤其是綜合設(shè)計能力、創(chuàng)新能力、工程實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)與提高以及重視經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境意識的培養(yǎng)。同時也能夠使學(xué)生在外語運(yùn)用、計算機(jī)應(yīng)用、文獻(xiàn)查閱等方面的技能得以提高,為學(xué)生走向社會后獨(dú)立從事工作打下堅實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract
C6140 lathe fork fork is a typical type of parts, machine tool control is an important component of body parts of one.
